New Build - Compatability

Hi All, I think I have finally finalised a build after 2 months of looking at various options (and thanks for all the hep so far). All of the parts will come from OCUK apart from the RAM. Please can you let me know what you think? Will anything be incompatible?

* BitFenix Phenom MATX Cube Case - Nvidia Edition - Black
* EVGA 430W 80 Plus Power Supply (100-W1-0430-KR)
* MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card
-- Im not sure whats the main difference from the Gaming edition of this card?
* MSI Z97M Gaming - Devil's Canyon i7 4790K CPU & Micro ATX Motherboard Bundle

Will the power supply be enough?
