new build - compatibility question

Anyone know if a noctua d14 will fit OK in an air 540 on a gigabyte z97 board? Also will the short case cables on the air 540 prove an issue with a gigabyte z97?

the 540 is a pretty big case i would be surprised if the d14 didn't fit, as to the cables not sure, some one with the 540 will be along soon i'm sure to let you know.

Ive fitted a Sniper 5 into a AIR540 before and all the cables reached, the Z97 range generally have the connectors in the same position on the boards.
