Hey all

Recently put together a new system, got the specs off here and the bits from ocuk. Now when I power up, I get the fans spinning on the cpu and the case for about 4 seconds, then the system shuts down and does that again and again. I dont get post bleeps or anything appearing on the screen.

I have reseated the processor and the memory but no luck.

Any ideas?

I had that a few months ago with my new build, after days off taking it apart, testing it with one slot of ram etc i found out i had a faulty motherboard which i rma'd , what are your specs?

try it with only with 1 stick of ram in at a time ( try all sticks at 1 a time), if you already havent.

most commonly its faulty ram if that fails probs your motherboard.
