Ok people got it today, A lian Li 343 case. Need to install into her my water cooling consisting on a PA120.3 and a unknown 120.2 rad.

The PA can go in *** front one side, stood up, but do I need these or do they even fit (heard they dont fit the thermochil rads?)

My Corsair 520w psu, where it is to be mounted here is a grill below so you could mount in so the flow blows/suck(dont know which way Corsairs PSU flow) through the floor, shall I do this or shall I have it so fan point up into my case? the case is on wheels so whould get a fair amount of air under case.

Fans I have:

2X 80mm (for rear)
4X Yate loon Low speed
5X 120mm HDD bays http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...d=7&subcat=187

What fans should I mount where? push or pull? Shall I get a few more?

Im connecting to a Zalman fan controller which has 4 channel,s now I want to connect up more than 4 fans so I know I can link them, but how do you do this? cant cut the cables as I need the end connector to plug into fan unit if you know what I mean, how can I join them, can I use a connector block, but how do i keep fan connector on 1?

Any help would be great, I know theres a lot there.

Thanks very much

Sheldon

Will the PA 120.3 fit into the front of the case as i am slightly confused in your above post. Have you measured up the dimensions and space available?

It fits and the brackets work, just need to drill out four rivets - two either side of the 5.25" columns.

It fits just the brakets dont apparently, clearly they do now.

Cheers Mekrel, dont surspose you have a build log or some pics of yours? How have you got the fans? Why have you put it with barbs at top? shorter tubing if it at bottem?

Where have you mounted your pump?

Any idea on linking these fans, yet keeping the PWM connector?

Pumps are going on a special pump holder I designed to make the pumps silent, being placed in front of the PA120.3 at the bottom (why the barbs are going at the top):

Redesigned and drew again by me and being delivered tomorrow:

I have PA120.2 in the top, laser cut the top panel, also designed and drew Thermochill Aluminium Rad Grill which is brushed and anodised black.

PA120.3 are in pull with shroud, PA120.2 is push without shroud. Lian Li EX-33B has intake fan, all back fans are exhaust.

PA120.3 fans joined on one channel, PA120.2 fans joined on another, 3 rear fans joined on third channel and EX33B fan on own on last. This on a Sunbeam rheobus which I modified into a Lian Li 5.25" face plate:

Cheers. I see these rivets, but cant see how the bracket fits, any pics of bracket attached close up mate?

Orderd the Rad bracket and some barbs (to go with my 3/8" tubing), OCUK said will be here monday, but cant see it, but no worries as my 8800GT hasnt arrived yet anyway. So think I have everything now

Im scared to death, wont be able to compete with anything as good as Mekrel, but as long as it works and I have super low temps il be happy, cant be anyworse than my setup at the min. Your phone off again mate

Mekrel what ram sinks should I buy to go on my 8800GT 512mb GFX with my Fuzion GPU block? I dont have any, was thinking this was fine but imformed taht I should get some ram sinks, what should I get? (I dont mind paying a lot, as long as its good stuff)

Enzotech ram sinks, well machined and better thermaltape than the Swiftech MC14's.
I'm not sure about 3/8th as it's smaller than the tubing I use, but usually the Swiftech/Enzotech ram sinks are too tall and if a ram chip is under the barbs for the block, they block the tubing going on easily.

So if your tubing bigger mate how do you get around this? Seen some Enzo and they cheaper and in stock. Shall I get them and just not put one on the one that covers where my barbs are on my fuzion gpu block?

Been thinking about loop, what you think on this?

Pump - PA rad- CPU- double rad - GPU - Res - Pump

Good loop? or shoul I just pu the 2 rads next to each other? (I dont want to have 2 loops)
