New build crashing - i9 13900KS 4090

Hi All,

I have built the below with windows 11:

i9 13900ks
Corsair Hydro series ICUE link h150i cooler
4090 extreme waterforce
Corsair dominator platinum rgb 32 GB
Corsair RMx series RM1000x
samsung 990 pro 2tb

When playing tomb raider shadow of the tomb or the bench test it crashing back to desktop it has hard booted a few times while gaming.

I have had CPU monitor open at the times and the cpu is at around 61 degrees max while this happens.

The ram is set to XMP in bios and prime 95 doesnt seem to cause any issues (only running for a few hours).

Have tried disabling e cores in bios - no difference.

Any ideas please.

Thank you both for the input. Regarding the mem volts I'm not 100 % sure on how to do this so will do some research.

Test it at xmp and default.

Thanks Micky, the spec of the memory is - Corsair dominator 2 x 16 GB PC5-52000c32 6600 mhz
