Don't skimp on the SSD. If you're spending £1200 it doesn't make sense to gimp your system with a budget SSD. A Samsung 850 EVO 250GB would be a much wiser purchase - better performance, better durability rating (approx double the 750) and more space (120GB will soon fill up).

Are the extra case fans necessary? Perhaps worth waiting and seeing how well the included fans cool things with your chosen case.

You could shave off £10 with 2666 Mhz RAM, I doubt you'd notice the marginal performance difference.

If you're going with the GTX 1060 you could probably shave off a few pounds with a 550W PSU.

Under budget so add some extra fans if you want. Case is top notch. You get a decent sized SSD, a GTX1070 and a better cooler. PSU is more than enough for a single GPU and you really won't notice any difference with the slightly slower RAM.

This is more or less my setup and can vouch for the K3 board and 1070. The board is great with the latest BIOS and 144Hz gaming is now solid for me.

The Palit card will be as good as any of the other lower priced 1070s. You will pay more for a quieter cooler, overclock etc and the Palit has a 2 year warranty rather than 3 offered by some manufacturers. The actual GPU PCB will be made to a reference design so will perform the same as any similar clocked 1070. Don't worry, it will be fine
