Hi all. I recently purchased new pc parts from Overclockers as my old PC was over the hill. Here are the parts I bought...

Intel Core i7-13700F (Raptor Lake) Socket LGA1700 Processor - Retail£299.991£299.99
Asus Prime B760-Plus D4 (LGA 1700) DDR4 ATX Motherboard£108.331£108.33
Team Group Vulcan Z T-Force 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Grey£49.991£49.99
Kolink Umbra Void AIO 120mm Performance ARGB CPU Water Cooler£48.291£48.29

I also bought a Kolink Enclave 600W 80 plus gold modular PSU.
With the bare minimum connected to the mobo, 24 pin connector and 8 pin 12V connector, the case fans and cooler fan come on at power on but the water cooler does not light and PC seems dead, nothing on screen and won't post. Water cooler is connected to PUMP header and its associated fan is connected to FAN header. I wasn't able to find a power LED on the mobo to show it's actually getting power, but the ethernet port lights up with RJ45 connected so it's getting some description of power. Just wondering if the cooler was faulty would it stop the machine turning on? Thanks :)

Thanks for the reply. I'll give that a go tomorrow after work. Before I bought the Kolink PSU the PC wouldn't turn on at all and I suspected the PSU (From my old machine) was faulty, so I left it into a local repair shop for them to try a different PSU. They rang me back the next day and said it came on with fans etc. I'll give them a call tomorrow and ask if the cpu cooler lit up as well

What GPU are you using? The 13700F does not have integrated graphics. Make sure that your monitor is plugged into the actual graphics card rather than any motherboard ports.
I didn't even realise that! I do have a GFX card, but took it out to try everything with just the basic setup to see if it would power on. I did have the hdmi cable into the on board port, but as you say if that cpu don't support integrated GFX then I wouldn't get anything on the screen. With all that though, the cooler wasn't lighting up.

So based on what Gray2233 said, the AIO was only connected to the pump header which is 5v, but the device specifications are 12V for cooler and fan. The cable that needs to go to the RGB header is a different type of connector. I've uploaded 2 images to show. Does anyone know what type of connector this is and if there is an adaptor to convert it to fan header type?...

If I can get an adaptor cable from fan header plug to the other type it should work
Thanks

Gfx card in and pc is posting, was working all along, the fan and cooler not lighting plus I was using the on board gfx which isn’t supported on my cpu all threw me. I just need an adaptor cable as above to get the lights on the cooler and fan going if anyone can help

The right most cable is a normal 4 pin pwm cable which needs to plug into a fan header on the board. That provides power to turn the fan. The other cable is a standard 5v ARGB cable which you need to plug into your motherboard. You don't need a adaptor as you have a pair of ARGB header above the 24 pin socket labelled "ADD GEN 2.1" and "ADD GEN 2.2". The "tail" coming off the plug is to plug into another ARGB fan so you can daisy chain them instead of using multiple motherboard headers.
Happy days, thanks for the info. I thought the add gen were just for led strips, but they are actually argb. I’ll get these plugged up later today. Case closed!
