New Build for 12 year old

Just wondering if someone could put a little rig together for a 12 year old at maximum of £400? I've tried and always go over, his dad wants it upgradable for future but for now is willing to spend about £400? with keyboard and mouse, monitor not included!

He likes gaming a lot but has ps4.. So that at the minute is the least he needs, mainly for homework etc but I think the second one will do him better as he can game a little plus homework I suppose as he wants him set up with a pc at a young age like myself at his age so he has one to build himself when older..
