I second this. I unfortunately purchased an extreme system from Ocuk on 13/10/11. RMA'd on 18th due to case fans failing and it has now been with them 'with the engineers' since 18/10/11. It is now 28/10/11. So it's been sitting 'with the engineers' (lol) for 8 days (10 with weekends).
Just how many engineers are there? I'm beginning to wonder ...
No problem with the build quality or system (case fans not their fault) but the customer contact/communication and general speed is just appalling.
As it stands I will not ever order a system from them again - so they've potentially just lost thousands of pounds. They could have avoided this by just making me feel as if I am actually a paying customer who has spent rather a large amount of money with them.
Incidentally, I registered a 'complaint' throught their webnote system yesterday at midday but have heard nothing since (now end of business a day and a half later). That just about sums it up for me.
Avoid buying a system from them unless you want to risk the bad service. That's my view based on my experience.
