New build for a friend -spec please

A good friend of mine wants me to build him a pc.

Budget: very approx at this stage. Somewhere around £700 - £900.

It's primarily for playing poker online. He says he won't be using it for gaming but I reckon he won't be able to resist Skyrim

His personal coach has recommended 6 - 8gb ram. Seems like massive overkill to me but its his money I guess.
He wants 2 screens (22" -possibly 24") because he will be playing on multiple tables.

Basically he needs everything bar the desk & chair lol (2 screens, mouse, keyboard, OS, case, ... etc)
