New build for around £3k

So, it’s been about 5 years since I built my last PC, in that time I’ve updated the GPU once and changed my air cooler for an AIO. It’s served me well but it’s time for an upgrade as I think it’s going to struggle with some of the new games on the way and I’ve been having more and more issues with it.

Here’s my current system:
Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Intel Z97
TeamGroup Vulcan 8GB DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz
EVGA 980Ti FTW
EVGA SuperNova G2 750W '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply
Corsair CW-9060019-WW Hydro H110i GT 280mm

I feel like the PSU can be reused and I’ve got 2 SSDs and 2 HDDs to bring over so those things I don’t need to buy. I could bring the AIO with me if needs be but I’m not the biggest fan of how it looks. I’ve got screens, keyboard and mouse etc so I’m looking for CPU, Mobo, RAM, GPU, AIO Cooler. I’m pretty much decided on building it in a Lian Li PC-O11 DYNAMIC.

I use my PC to game mainly, I play at 1440p and I play a few different kinds of games (The Division and Division 2, Destiny 2, Anthem, Civilization, Cities). I’d also like to be able to create a few videos here and there, nothing serious, more as a hobby (my current rig has had so many problems with this I gave up completely). My budget is around the £3k mark.

I’m pretty sure it makes most sense to complete that with a 2080Ti, but I’m not sure which one. I’ve been really happy with my EVGA 980Ti FTW and I know they do a 2080 Ti version but it doesn’t look like OC have them in at the moment. I also thought if I’m going with Gigabyte mobo and RAM then going with them for the GPU also made sense but there’s a few to choose from (including one with an AIO which I’m sure sounds better than it actually is).

I’m just looking for some advice to help me make my final decisions please. Also, I’m aware there’s new stuff from AMD on its way but unless it’s going to be a massive improvement on what I’ve selected I’m fine with buying now vs waiting.

Yea I'll tackle fans myself once I've decided on the main components.

So other than say personal preference there's nothing really wrong with what I posted?

How does the Asus ROG line up of components compare with the Gigabyte ones I selected? Just trying to gauge if there's big differences between the stuff similarly priced or is all much the same? For example how do these compare:

This was the video that had me pick the Kraken. He basically said it came down to personal choice as they were all pretty even.

It seems like the build I posted was fine then, I just need to pick which 2080Ti to go with and then decide on fans.
