New Build for around £700

Hi,
My mate wants to build for his son and has asked me to check it out for him.
He has a budget of around £600-£700 for the tower only. It's only really for gaming, and he hasn't expressed an interest in an SSD.
I'm wondering what do you guys think of this:
Any opinions/alterations would be greatly appreciated. :)

He could then include an optical drive in that price

I know nothing about the AMD Graphics cards, is this one particularly good?

I just noticed the PowerColor available for pre-order for the same price so I would probably for the PowerColor Red Dragon over the G1 Gaming model which is a solid card but runs hotter than the PowerColor and MSI cards around the same price.

Yeah the 8gb 480s are really solid cards, comparable to Nvidias 1060 6gb cards. Its really down to personal preference at the moment.
