New build for flatmate - needs to play games!

I've put together a basket of my "best guess" on a budget build for a friend who shares a house with me. He want's to be able to play reasonably recent games i.e. skyrim/world of warcraft/Elder scrolls online etc at high settings. Im currently running an i7 with hd6850(needs replacement) and 6gigs of ram and i happily play skyrim and wow on ultra. Would this build be able to deal with those games?

That GPU will struggle at high settings with Elder Scrolls and Skyrim.

Also - get dual channel RAM for the love of god!
