I5 12400F 4.4GHz Six Core
MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4
EVGA geforce 2080 super
Corsair rx750 rgb
Kingston fury 16GB DDR4 ram 3200mhz
WD blue m.2 SSD 1TB SN550
Vetro V5 black cpu cooler
iONZ k16 mid tower case
Loaded with windows 10

Is that a good price, and will it be good for streaming and gaming? He is using all his savings on it and very keen to buy one.

Not a bad price in all honesty, also has a few upgrade paths in the future which would not break the bank. If you could knock them down to £500 would be a no brainer.

This might help give you an idea of the retail price (FYI: don't buy it, I didn't check compatibility).

They are very similar in performance between both systems tbh, the 5600x system would probably be your better option as it is newer tech all around.
