I ask because the Nv refresh is about to hit and might provide better options for new purchases if you intend to shuffle your old card to your niece.

I believe the memory is supposed to be a multiple of 3 by using 3GB instead of 2GB chips, so 6x3 on the 5070 Super and 8x3 on the 5070 Ti Super. This will beat the competing AMD cards by 2GB (non-Ti) and 8GB (Ti).
