Photoshopping could use more resolution and screen size, but not sure at what price level 3840x2160 monitors good for photoshopping are..
There doesn't seem to be much of over sRGB gamut 32" 3840x2160 IPS monitors in OcUK's list.
(DCI-P3 marketing crap has just decrease amount of AdobeRGB capable monitors)
Though without proper colour management AdobeRGB monitor is going to result in colours being wrong for sRGB photos.
As for rest better to wait for 7th day for Zen2 Ryzens to become available.
Unless liking having more vulnerabilities in CPU than Swiss cheese has holes and more power consumption, Intel won't have anything to go for it.
