New build for sister... help

Hey guys,

Sister is wanting to upgrade her laptop to a Micro-ATX, nothing too special, and no need for a portable device now. The intentions are WoW and Final Fantasy XIV Realm Reborn.

I was thinking:

Intel i5 4670.
Gigabyte Z87M-D3H (Micro ATX)
Samsung 120 GB SSD
8GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 660
550W PSU should cover it?

Looking at around the £700 - £800 mark, no need for screen or other peripherals. Also an orange case would be nice.

Let me know what you gus come up with

@RJC again you miss the OS

if you're not overclocking don't bother with z87 motherboards also 660 is fine with 450W PSU if you find 1 cheaper. seeing as OCZ are selling 600W for same as lower then use that...otherwise find using no competitor talk!for cheaper PSU price...

a 750 ti would be able to play those very well so a smaller PSU will do nicely

You can get a beast of a machine for £ 700 - 800 i struggle to get to that price with only an i5 lol it has to include the OS and decent GPU...

The case is cheap and is upto you, but you can get a decent spec PC for £700 and will have many different options.

Also getting a cheaper GFX card will save you lots of £££ and electricity becasue you won't need top of the line

There has been no request for the operating system, unless op needs the operating I will redo the spec.
