new build going O so wrong

Hi guys I'm in serious need of help I'm on my first build in 5-6 years and I think I may be in over my head, Ive put my whole system together looks great I was so excited to see it work but no my first problem is it only See's 1 of my raptors and I was hoping to run them in raid and stick the OS on them but my main problem is I turn it on and all is good I start to install windows and it goes on no hassle then it does the standard reboot and nothing the pc is humming away but no signal to the monitor I leave it for half hour and it comes on but as soon as I reboot it goes of again.

Whats goin on I need help.

post your full system specs and the os your trying to install

Try installing the OS on only one Raptor. It sounds like one of the hard drives is fudged up.

Spec
CPU- intel QX6850
Mobo-EVGA nforce 680i
GPU-evga 8800 ultra KO edition
Ram-4GB team xtreem 800mhz 3-3-3-8
PSU-850w enermax galaxy
OS will eventually be a dual boot XP 32bit & vista 64bit but for now I am settleing with vista until I can sort all issues out.

The problem is started before I even put vista on I would go into setup to activate raid the save and reboot which is when it would go on me. I have managed to put vista on a single drive but when it rebooted I lost it again.

There is a known problem between your graphics card, wd raptors and vista

Try formatting both drives and installing XP

All is good I reset the mobo setup to factory removed the dodgy raptor and it works a treat.
