New build, got a few questions

So after my old system going caput, I've decided to build a new one. I have around a 1k budget, and the case and PSU from my old system but I need a new monitor. So far i'm thinking of this system but i'm not sure on a few things, firstly the CPU cooler I wasn't sure which to get, but i know corsair make quality products and the reviews on it seem good, is there anything better for the price? Also the RAM, again corsair I've kinda go all out on it with the dominator kit, but will this actually fit in my system with the cpu cooler? My case is a coolermaster dominator 690, also is the 2000mhz ram actually worth it over the 1600mhz stuff? I plan on overclocking the i5 to 4ghz do you think this cooler and board can handle it? motherboard with SATA and USB3.0 and still does SLI/crossfire.

not convinced you need a sound card, but have included a 7.1 instead.

one question, do you want a dual gpu setup in the future? can save £50 if you dont need it by picking a lesser motherboard.

Oops didnt realise it was an IDE HDD nice spot, stulid that looks like a nice setup ill have a think about it. I want a sound card because i play a lot of games and they really help. Thanks for the advice guys.

Shame the screen goes off special offer 1 day before I order it but o well. I want to say a big well done to overclockers for bringing your pricing down and especially the shipping price, I didn't use you before because you where that bit to expensive, but now you are cheaper and I only hear good things about you. Lastly a thanks to the people who gave me help in this thread, cant wait to build this thing!

Also a few questions will the AH70 actually fit in my case? Its a coolermaster dominator 690, I have an old arctic freezer 7 pro would that do to take it to 4ghz?
