Hi all
Basically got a new build
Everything except the GPU which is a 1080 ti strix
I am using a Corsair rm1000x PSU and have two pcie 8 pin cables plugged into the PSU and then the strimer plus into that cable into the GPU.
strimer plus is working fine, the GPU is detected and powering 3 monitors no problem but only two fans are spinning slowly, stop and start again. The other fan doesn’t move at all
how can I test that all fans work, what’s the best software?
I don’t believe I have any software running or limiting these fans, it’s a new build of windows 11 with Nvidia graphics driver
I can’t say for sure if the same happened on my old build with this GPU other than I knew the fans wouldn’t spin until it got to a certain temp
Any suggestions. I could bypass the strimer plus and see from that but just wondering if there is something I can do software wise to test the fans and check what the GPU temp is.
cheers
