New Build - Help and Suggestions please!

I am hoping to build a new system that will probably contain these parts as the basic components unless anyone has any adice on them?

I then need to decide wether to have:

i7 920
Tripple Channel memory
X58 Motherboard

OR

i5 750
Dual Channel Memory
P55 Motherboard

Can anyone give me advice and suggestions on this please

freezer 7 wont be enough for an i5 750 /i7 920 ?

i'd go i7 920 just because of the socket having more life.

or just get a phenom II 965 which is probably what i will do next month

What makes you say that?

I'd go with the i5 if all your looking to do is game, surf, etc. i7 is a better choice if you do a lot of video encoding. Although the i5 will still do a great job if you're only doing it now and then.

The rest of what you've chosen looks fine.
