Hi All,

I want to build a pc for epos system so the specs don't need to high at all. Was wondering if its possible to build something around £150 mark.

Also I have a laptop (hp dv6000) that currently has the epos system on it and was thinking if its possible take the HDD out of the laptop and put in the desktop, and will the OS and other software will remain or will I have to install everything again?

Many Thanks

Hi Sage,

Here's a start. The Epos System runs on iPads so this should be better performance-wise.

as for the os and programs question, have a look at this link, method one in particular. if you follow that advice, you shouldn't run into any problems experienced at times when moving os drive to a new motherboard.
