only thing i would say is if you are overclocking try to secure an E0 stepping q9550 otherwise i dont see any problems

Motherboard is a bit overkill surely?

Unless you're going Crossfire, an Asus P5Q Pro (£93) would be sufficient.

Looks good If you're NOT looking to overclock then the RAM is a bit excessive, but I'll assume that you are given the comment on the E0
