At stock the X2 6000 is about the same as an E6600. But the E6600 overclocks to a far faster speed.

Tuniq Tower 120, Noctua NH-U12F or a Scythe Infinity.

Any of the Intel P35 based boards or the EVGA 680i board for an Intel CPU. I'm not up-to-date on the AMD AM2 boards I'm afraid.

Vista all the way.

2gb should be enough for both. 4gb if you have the money, tho 32bit XP and Vista can only use 3.2gb.

8mb or 16mb versions? Tbh it's not really worth the money RAID'ing 8mb Raptors these days.

nVidia 8800GTX is the current daddy.
