I am running windows xp professinal

any help?

You can change it in the BIOS. It's probably something to do with DRAM Ratio/multiplier thingy. Maybe you need to unlock a part of the bios to manual settings. Like 95thrifles says, if you can put a picture of the bios page up people can help you easily. It IS possible.

I dont know what to take a pick of

The memory speed is usually linked to the cpu FSB and multiplyer, you will probably need to change the settings for the cpu manually to get the higher memory speeds.

"Memory: 4x DDR3 DIMM 1800(OC) / 1600(OC) / 1333 / 1066 / 800 MHz (Max. 16GB)"

Only thing I can think of is that it's showing the I/O clock speed not the 'actual' RAM speed. Which would mean the memory is actually running at 1600MHz...
