Hi guys,
I've been stress testing my new build over the weekend and just wanted to double check that everything is ok. I've posted a few screenies below:

Many Thanks

Seems ok but one problem. You have got "energy saver" profile loaded on your windows 7 power options menu. Change it to High Performance. This will make the processor run at optimal performance and not idle at 1.gghz

To change this:

Start > Control Panel > Power Options > Change to High Performance > Go to Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > Processor Power Management > Minimum Processor State > Set to 100% and do same with Maximum Processor State.

This will make your CPU run at full speed at all times.

Hope this helps!

How the chuff does that help?

Why would they want their processor running at full speed all the time?

When it needs to the processor will clock up to full speed in a tiny fraction of a second.

When it's idling it will be using less electricity and there'll be less deterioration of components.

Ok... Was only trying to help!

Well you haven't exactly overclocked your computer from what I see, so it is fine at stock! No need to stress test at stock is there?

sorry....
