New build help!!!!

Hey all can't get windows to install on me new build , I get to the windows logo
Where it says starting windows the pc powers down I have ran a windows memory test it ran for 4 hours fine. Plus tried a stick of ram from me 920 build same thing

Any ideas? specs are

I5 3570k
Z77x d3h
8gig Samsung green

Rest of the parts are from i7 920 build

Edit updated bios to f8 as well

Unsure what it was but I disabled power saving mode likes of speed step an seems stable so far :eek:
