New Build Help

Been a console gamer for years but I prefer PC gaming so I've decided to switch.
I've spent the last week researching parts and here is what I have got so far:

GPU: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7950 Vapor-X- 3 GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte SKT-1155 Z77-D3H
CPU: Intel i5-3570K
Ram: GeIL Black Dragon 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
SSD: Samsung 128GB SSD 830 SERIES
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3.5 inch 2TB 7200 RPM
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 750W '80 Plus Bronze'
Case: BitFenix Shinobi Midi Tower German Edition Case
CPU Cooler: Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure Edition CPU Cooler
DVD Drive: LiteOn-IHAS124-19C

Hopefully I will be ordering next week but I'm a bit unsure on a number of things so I thought I would get a second opinion.

1. Is the power supply too much? It would better for a cheaper 600w but I'm worried it will not cope. Further,
I seen on the manufacture website the graphics card requires a 500w power supply. Also I would prefer a modular one.

2. Will all of this fit in the BitFenix Shinobi case.

(Note: I know the prices might not be the same next week but I've done an over estimate and I am left with £10)

The PSU is slightly overkill, Have a look at the PSU below which wil be plenty:

All will fit fine in the case.

That looks a great build, Like RJC said, that PSU will suit that rig better.

I'm not going to be ordering till next week and I know the deal will be over but its great to know a 600w will be fine. Thanks for the help
