You'll be better off giving a bit more info as to what's actually happening! What specs the system has? Without anything to work with no one can really help you bud
I have a ASUS B650E with VENGEANCE® 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 DRAM 5600MHz C36 and have not had any RAM issues.
I updated the BIOS using Flashback button to 821 (new one for yours will be 823) before booting the PC for the first time.
You could also try removing the GPU and use the iGPU, One less thing to test. Also, the first power on takes a long time on AM5, should have some LED's to indicate its doing something but its different for each MB.
Do you mean that when you press the button nothing happens AT ALL? i.e. completely dead
If so, I'd check:
- the PSU rear switch is in the ON position
- the 24 / 8 pin connectors are all plugged in and firmly seated
- the (case to board) front panel connectors are connected properly
- the power switch is functional and the wire up to the front panel and the motherboard is alright
