Hi
Been testing my new system and I'm a bit concerned about the CPU temperature and GPU temps.

My system is:

Corsair 600T
Intel i5 2500k @4.4Ghz
Asrock Z68 Extreme 4 Gen 3
Gelid Tranquillo
PNY GTX 560Ti

Prime95 results after 12 hours were a max of 72 Celsius. Idle temps are 37 Celsius.

I ran a Furmark burn test for 15 minutes. Max temp was 90 degrees C! This is what I'm more concerned about. Played a game of BFC2 for 30minutes at 1920x1080 maxxed out. Temps reached 80 degrees C.

Is there anything I can do?

Thanks

CPU temps aren't particularly worrying. You've got a good Idle temp there as well.

Would be slightly more worried about the 560 temps though....

Seem quite high in comparison. Although saying that, it is quite hot at the moment so that will probably mean your comp room is hotter and will be creating more heat. Also what is the airflow like in the case? (Not got much experience myself) as that will obviously have some impact..

I have the same case as you and I am also struggling with cooling.
Those cpu temps, don't seem too bad.

The 600t doesn't seem to have very good gpu cooling, I have put a 120mm fan on top of one of the hard drive bays and held it there with cable ties. I have a gtx 480 and it seemed to knock a few degrees of the load temps.

I think the problem might be that the fans supplied with the case don't seem to push that much air.

Sorry for not really giving you a proper answer, I just wanted to but in and let people know I have this problem too. :P

To update, I've switch the graphics card over to a MSI 560Ti twin frozr. Temps are now 60c when playing BFBC2 and 70 when running furmark for 15mins. So I'm happier now.
