New Build. How does it look?

Just ordered the last bits for my new build. Most of it has been delivered (apart from haswell stuff) but before i go opening boxes can anyone see any major issues? Like CPU cooler not fitting? Will my PSU handle it?

Thats a lot of RAM! what do you plan on doing?

seems fine to me tho for the overall build, psu will be fine, cooler shall fit as it claims to be 1150 compatible

Also next time if ure unsure check before you order, will save time later if you get something wrong and have to return - just my 2p tho

EDIT: What OS are you planning on using? you have not displayed any so i presume you already have one?
