New Build=i5

Hi,
I am looking for a new pc and i think for my needs the best way to go is i5.
What i have come up with:

Along with that will be my Thermaltake TR2 550W,Samsung DVD Drive and 250gb HDD.
Working with that sort of budget of £450 so feel free to reccommend me other parts.
EDIT:The reason for no cpu cooler is because i am going watercooling if i can afford it if not i will get the Coolermaster TX3 or other..

Read below my list, It says ive got a 550w as for the 4890 does it have a custom cooler because i know 4890s are notorious for being loud.

Yes they are loud apart from the Sapphire Vapour-X versions. Apart from that is everything else fine?

will my 550w still have enough to power it?

Yes it does have 2 6pins and i may actually save a little more and get a 5850 as there isnt a big price difference between the two.
