£700 including monitor - he has peripherals.

This should do the job, if you can stretch the budget it would be worth going for an i5 6500. though it might be worth holding off till next week, as new CPUs are coming.

Sure full atx board and case but the micro atx has an m2 slot.

2 cases the aercool fits larger gpu's while the cougar case just accomadates the gpu specced above.
