Developer has just been in contact. They are prepared to do the work to get Virgin Media to my plot if I put down £1000 non-refundable deposit that will come off the purchase price on completion. This is just because it is obviously a financial risk to them if I don't end up completing. So, happy with that!

One would hope 350mbit, I wasn't aware Virgin suffered from line length issues or anything like that.

I maybe wrong but I'm sure I've seen it mentioned in the Virgin thread on here that some people are in areas that can "only" get 200 down.

Hah I'm happy with "only" 200 down but the house next door that can get it says it can get the top package so I will live in hope

The Virgin 200Mb people is old news. That was just areas VM hadn’t upgraded to the 350Mb network/profile.

If your getting VM cable you’ll be able to order the 350Mb package once live (although you’ll get 400Mb )
