Currently building a new PC for my nephew, all parts are brand new apart from the graphics card which I pulled from my machine (working fine)

I power it up and I get nothing, no POST display or anything, not even any error beeps like the memory isn't seated correctly or something, its got me baffled.

Main Specs:

Asrock AM2NF3-VSTA

AMD AM2 Sempron 3800+ Manila Core

1Gb (2X512Mb) Corsair Value Select, DDR2 PC4200 (533)

PNY GeForce 7600GS AGP

Its only a 350W PSU, But I think it should be OK?

I have a 400W I'm going to try later today, but any other suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks, Michael.

I would try reseating everything... when you swtich it on do the fans spin up and stay on? 350w PSU is fine in that system...

Could also try a spare video card that you have lying around, if that doesn't give a post then it's not the video card. Re seating everything is a good idea. As Stelly says, please tell if the fans go on and keep spinning :)

if re seating and/or another gfx card doesn't fix it, you can try putting the RAM in another system and see if that boots.
