New Build, Issues with Asus Deluxe Z170 Software (Wi-Fi Engine won't install)

Software does not show up to install with AI Suite 3 and when downloaded from website does not run/install. I also have no Little quick menu in the top right corner of the Suite 3 software UI.

As a rule of thumb, don't install mobo software. It's nearly all garbage.

Well i have the Asus deluxe and it cost me £300, one of the reason i got it was for the built in wifi and i want to use the mobo software to control it and connect to my router in 5ghz etc

Did you ever get this sorted? I've got exactly the same problem! [Asus X99 Deluxe II - with latest BIOS 1504]. Or does anyone else know a solution to this please?

Well i somehow managed to **** it up and force install the software as the software does not work on windows 10 so im now stuck with some weird **** i cannot remove but in the end i just let the software auto connect to my router, i can't control it but it works...

With my Asus Z97 and Asus X99 I just let windows install the Wi-Fi driver as the Asus software is terrible. Never had any problems with it. What do you mean by you cannot control it? I did try the Turbo Lan or whatever it’s called but it not something I would use and it stopped somethings from working so it got uninstalled.
