New build keep freezing.

It's an Abit IP35 Pro, Q6600, OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400C4, BFG GeForce 8800 GTX and a Corsair HX 620.

Basically it keep freezing or rebooting either during post or soon after when trying to boot my Vista disc.

Any ideas guys?

I have two Sata drives in there, not sure if they are running RAID yet.

Possible I was getting this yesterday though, without the drives in. Am running both HDDs from one power cable.

It happens when I have all four sticks of RAM in. Take one out and it's fine.
