However i have the CPU (qx9770) and two WD3000HLFS VelociRaptor, SATA 300, sitting here, ready,,

looking at full water cooling, so advice please.

I believe that RAM will have some issues working on the Rampage Extreme. Id recommend G.Skill or Cellshock instead (I use Cellshock Blue with my Rampage Extreme, works a treat).

Oh, and the SSDs are a bit meh, wait until Intel release theirs

thats why the list here, im not sure about the SSD myself tbh. In my other box, im running corsair 1333 and thats o/c @1600. ive not tried pushing it yet.
