New build locking up during windows install

Hi guys,

Just tried to install windows 10 (by usb) and the PC has locked up every time i have tried now.

Specs:

Asus z170m mobo
CPU i5 skylake
Mem: 16gb cosair dominator.

I am just getting the latest firmware for the mobo, although everything else is running standard. Don't know if relevant but its running under a water loop with nothing in the CPU_Fan header. Temps are very cool.

Any advice would be great.

How far does it get mate? Are you installing to an ssd?

Whoops, should have mentioned that

Installing to a M2 950 pro.

It's random really. It can also lock up on bios etc.

Install wise, it got to 20%, tried again 84%.

Just updated the bios and it hasn't done it yet!

Will do a memtest etc next once all drivers are installed and hopefully can move on from there.
