I've been asked to get a PC for a meeting room. Budget is around £300 to £400.
The PC will be used for video presentations on a projector (so dual screen)
Audio recording and playback. (Recording will only be a simple stereo in to record meetings)
Skype and other minor tasks.

A single 120Gb SSD drive will be enough as very little data will be held.

OS needs to be included in the price.

That's beyond our budget now.
I'm leaning towards the AMD setup. Maybe a mix of Andreas and Stulids 1st build.
The case doesn't have to look anything special as it will be out of view, just fairly quiet and enough cooling if it's left on for a week by accident.
