New Build Monitor - Recommendations?

Hi,

I am in the process of building a new gaming pc. I will be running the gigabyte RX 5700 XT OC GPU.

I am looking to be running games as 1440p with frame rate of 120-144hz.

My budget is roughly £250 to £350.

Things I see of interest / my preference:
Size / 27”
Resolution / 1440p
Frame rate / 144hz
Response time / 1ms
Technology / TN or IPC
Technology / FreeSync
