New build need advice

Hey there looking to do a new build just wanna share what i have down so far and see what you guys would advise.

Cpu

My current pc has Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit (CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9)

and

Samsung 256GB SSD 840 PRO SATA 6Gb/s Basic - (MZ-7PD256BW)

Should i upgrade the ramm and ssd ?

Did you need a copy of Windows ?

I think i'm gonna get the GTX 970 with 1080p G-Sync Monitor. and also stick with the i7 bundle and liquid cooler i will just need to spread the purchases over my next 2 pay cheques. I will also need a copy of windows as well yeah .
