Yeah, it's a valid question - as you have further motherboard, case and PSU options, than you had before. (i was joking with tamzzy - although he didn't disappoint ).

@tamzzy's original build with RX 5700XT fills the brief - the finer details really come down to aesthetics (i.e. case) but with the budget you have the Eclipse is a good choice for components...

its one of the best in terms of performance (thermals), price and aesthetics (my opinion - the rgb leds are done tastefully).
the fact it's on offer this week makes it even better value.

that being said...cases are very personal...so suggest that you look around and decide what you want. can't really tell you what you like aesthetically.

powercolor and sapphire have EU RMA bases - netherlands and hungary respectively
and both have 2 year warranty.

powercolor was slightly cheaper yesterday. now they're both the same price.

gpu (5700 xt) isn't the best, but again, has its own boost mechanisms...just leave it to do its thing.

you'll need a usb drive ideally less than 16gb and formatted in FAT32.
