hi guys

im preparing for a new build,

ive just ordered a Gigabyte DS3P mobo, have a E6550 cpu and will be ordering a corsair hx 520 soon. Overclocking in mind.

i have 4 hard drives, 2 sata 2 ide and 1 ide writer

at the moment i have 2 old skool cases, they are the Coolermaster Black Widow and Lian-Li PC65 (black)

both nice cases, but im worried about air flow in them

so im thinking of getting a new case, any advice on what to go for?

i dont want one that has a door, as i know my baby boy will be fond of it and end up breaking it!

got to be a midi case and have plenty of room, budget of about £60 ish, canbe more if the case is worth it

as the case is in my room, i dont want it to have many lights on the front (i guess they can taken out) and needs to be as quiet as possible with good air flow! ( quiet and air-flow hmm doesnt sound right!)

do you think its worth getting a new case? or you think i should use one of the cases i already have?

the Coolermaster CM-690 Dominator eems ok, but unsure about the front LED fan and it being all steel, back in he day Alu was the one to go for!

any advice much appreciated!

thanks

I can recommend the CM-690. Excellent case, however, I believe you will have problems installing IDE hard drives in this case due to a design flaw. (not a problem for me as I have no legacy drives).
