Need a bit of help on choosing GPU for my new build :)

Not sure if to go GTX 570 or GTX 580, I'm gonna be playing at 1920x1080. Gonna be playing BF3 and would like to playing it at high settings if possible, any opinions would be appreciated. Also would 650W PSU be enough to run either of those cards.
 
Looking at Gainward GTX 580 Phantom Edition 1536MB, I know there is 3GB edition out now as well but I understand 1.5GB will be fine for one monitor use at that reslution.
Regards mobo I have sight set on Asus Maximus IV Gene-Z Z68 and have i7 2600k which I have already purchased as it came with BF3.
Forgot about overclocking when was calculating PSU, think might go for this one ....
