New build nightmare!

Hey Guys,

Hopefully someone can help me with this one because its totally got me stumped.

New build just seems to turn it self off (uncleanly) and never when I'm there, and upon turning back on will alert me to this.

It doesn't seem to be temperature based and the next thing I will be trying is removing 1 stick of RAM at a time, but it never seems to happen when I'm around. No BSOD dumps seem to have been made so I'm fairly sure its not blue screening.

Thanks in advance for any help / advise given.

Configuration is as follows:

Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H Socket 1155
Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz Socket 1155
Corsair 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz Vengeance Blue
Palit GTX 680 2GB GDDR5
2x 2TB HDD in RAID1
1x 128GB M4 SSD (OS DRIVE)
1x 60GB Cache drive (caching the RAID1)

Try whacking the latest BIOS (I think it's F7b) on there and set BCLK to 100.1 and let's see what happens.
