Just finished building a new comp and it all works fine except the audio I am using RealTek audio driver and i'll sound by playing the demos in realtek but not from WMP or anything else. Is the something I've missed?

You will probably have to un-install the drivers that are currently on there by going to hardware manager and disabling the audio device first, then un-install, then install the new drivers. Same thing happened to me with my realtek.
