New build no joy

Hi Folks
Kolink 600
Gigabyte Z370P
i3 7350k
Corsair vengance DDR4 black

So at this basic level it powers up for a quick second and goes off. It will stay on if I remove the 8 pin atx.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Unless that is a typo, that motherboard only supports Coffee lake, not Kaby lake.

Z370 boards have a LGA 1151 v2 socket.

Even though Kaby lake is a LGA 1151 chip it won't work on a Z370 board.

You need an LGA 1151 v2 processor e.g 8th gen coffee lake.
