New build not booting - any ideas?

This is an Asus P8P67 mobo, i5-2500k, Gainward GTX 570.

I turn it on, all the fans come on, the HDD's power up. I can open and close the DVD drive (yay!) but I get no display on screen.

I've got a PCI power connector in the graphics card.

One thing is that the MemOK light on this Asus is on as soon as I press the power button, then goes off, then blinks once and then stays off. Dunno if this is just part of the initial self-test on this Asus.

Unfortunately no beeps as my Antec 300 has no speaker!

Any ideas?

Have you tried pressing the memOK button to make the memory compatible with your system?

According to ASUS, the ASUS MemOK! helps you solve the boot failure caused by memory incompatability. When the incompatability occurs, the DRAM_LED lights up. Press and hold the MemOK! switch until the DRAM_LED starts blinking and begins memory compatability tuning. When the tuning is completed, the LED turns off and the system reboots automatically.
