new build not booting properly :(

I've switched to a monitor and still not visual output, any ideas?

IM IN THE BIOS WOOOO,
had to take out my GPU,
how do i get it to work with GPU? install disk before putting it in?

Perhaps your 500W PSU just won't cut it.

hmm maybe, its consumption when idle is only about 80W, CPU is 125 W edition, i dont know what else there is

Excellent sounds like we're getting close. Are you getting it to display now with your graphics card? Have you disabled the onboard gfx in the BIOS?

Booting with 4gb of RAM?

Yep GPU is plugged in,
you know it took me 8 hours to find a misplaced plug -.- grrr
hehe now all i need to do is insert GPU CD, mobo CD and OS CD and im good to go!

got full day at college tomorrow

so wont be able to work on it until 5 tomorrow, but cant wait

yes yes yes!!
so many times i was so tempted to just put it all in the box and RMA it -.-
but shadow kept me going

and i cant wait to get home tomorrow and install it all!
